Hayson Group purchased the site on the corner of Experiment and Allen Street, Pyrmont. In keeping with the Eastern Suburbs’ trend for ultramodern, minimalist apartments by renowned architects, they enlisted Philip Corben and Associates to create 38 unique and apartments and 2 commercial spaces.
The group anticipated the inner city location would become increasingly popular with purchasers seeking a convenient location and cutting edge architecture at a more affordable cost than the comparative Eastern Suburbs’ developments. Marketing was highly stylised and focused heavily on both the positives of the location and the quality of design. It evoked an urban oasis, which resonated positively with the target market, resulting in swift sales.
