Description
This project consists of 126 apartments featuring a unique and progressive inner urban design created by the combined talents of Marchese + Partners and Form Follows Function.
Seizing upon another underdeveloped inner city opportunity, The Hayson Group saw great potential in this office building located so close to Hyde Park and the Cook and Philip Aquatic Centre. The development was almost 100% sold in just over 12 months.
Joint partners were Harrington (formerly Trafalgar) Properties and Rebel Property Group.
